 This weekend, we will be celebrating my daughter's birthday at her school, University of Pittsburgh Johnstown (UPJ). It has been a challenging year with her academic studies and athletics. She remains positive, strong and resilient through it all. We are extremely lucky. Miss you Ailah! - can't wait to be together with you this weekend. Here are some throwback photos…

 I know you all agree that a salad with jerk wings on it is a great idea, lol. While the wings are in the air fryer I prepared my salad with the following ingredients; green peppers, cherry tomatoes, spinach, iceberg lettuce, carrots, red cabbage, olives, cucumber, marbled sharp cheddar cheese and salad seasoning.  During our trip to Miami for our wedding anniversary we visited the famous outdoor museum, Wynwood Walls. Wynwood Walls became a major art statement led by the late Tony Goldman's "commitment to graffiti and street art." The outdoor museum features over thirty five hand-sprayed huge, colorful street murals, sculptures and two street-art galleries. A general admission ticket is twelve dollars. If you're ever in Miami I recommend checking out this museum. We had a great time. Here are a few photos...       This weekend Asenath and I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary. We got married twenty three million years ago, lol. Everyday I just want to hold her tight and never let go, but I play it cool. We've been together through everything, the ups and downs; two beautiful children. My job is to continue to make her laugh at my dumbest jokes. Here is a throwback photo…  Happy Easter! Have you ever cooked a meal for a coworker? Today I made jerk chicken wings with rice and peas for a coworker. I’m not sure how it happened, but I probably said something like, I GOT YOU while we were talking about food, 😂. Preparing the meal wasn’t the tough part, it was the stares and comments I got from others at work when I gave her the meal. Here are some pics from the kitchen…  Hope all is well!😊 We had to cancel plans to attend our daughter's softball game on Saturday due to bad weather (snow😕)in Johnstown, PA. I may have mentioned, Ailah is a member of the UPJ softball team, check out their roster. Their softball senior picnic was also scheduled during the game on Saturday and I was looking forward to sampling some of the foods prepared by the parents. On the list was taco salad, pasta and meatballs, buffalo chicken dip, boneless wings, potato salad, chicken tenders... for dessert cookies, fruit trays, berry strudel and brownies.
