I will be first on line.  Oh yeah — I’m hyped! I’m going to see this movie solo (lol), and I don’t even care — that’s how excited I am. It finally feels like someone in the movie industry is actually listening to the fans. I genuinely have a blast losing every single Mortal Kombat match — on easy mode, no less — and now it looks like we’re finally getting a movie that truly represents the Mortal Kombat gamer universe. The trailer is packed with those gruesome, bloody fatalities we all love. Mortal Kombat 2 drops on October 24, 2025, and I’ll be first in line.    Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! On Thursday, June 29th, I received a text message from my brother with information about his daughter Bailey’s next swim meet. The text said it was being held on Saturday at the Fairland Sports and Aquatics Complex in Laurel, Maryland. “The complex offers aquatics, gymnastics, tennis and fitness classes for youth and adults.” I attended the event with Asenath and my daughter, Ailah. Bailey was amazing. Her tenacity and sheer will to compete was inspiring. Here is a short video clip of her performance…  One of the places we checked out during our wedding anniversary weekend adventure in New York City was the Museum of Modern Art (MoMa) located at 11 West 53rd Street. Tickets were $25 for adults and $18 for seniors. We enjoyed viewing exhibitions and collections by Vincent Van Gogh, Paul Gauguin, Paul Cézanne, Georges-Pierre Seurat, Georgia O’Keeffe and one of our favorite exhibition, Refik Anadol - Unsupervised. Here is a quick look at what it was like at the MoMa…  Hope everyone had a great weekend. My son Aijalon and I braved the extreme cold weather on Saturday to attend the Philly Auto Show. The annual winter event at the Philadelphia Convention Center took place from January 28 to February 5. We first checked out the newest vehicles from Ford, Honda, Jeep, Lexus, GMC, Aston Martin and more. Then we went downstairs to Custom Alley where on display were custom cars from A1 Wraps, Autoholics and Philly Customz just to name a few. We were a little disappointed that there weren't more celebrity custom cars but we still had an amazing time. Here are photos and a short video…        What a great way to start the new year. Congratulations to our niece Avi and her cheerleading team on winning first place at the 2023 St. Hubert Cheerleading Competition in Bensalem, PA. Avi is a member of the Willingboro Panthers youth and senior cheer squad. These athletes were amazing during their incredible performance. Here are photos and video from the competition…           I visited Fat Jack’s Comicrypt store in Philadelphia today and picked up a few comic books. One of the books I purchased was Black Adam Special Edition #1. It’s a good read. This book starts out with an amazing, eye opening fight scene then suddenly goes on to a plot that I think will develop into something great in the upcoming issues. (Black Adam made his first appearance in DC comics Marvel Family #1, December 1945. In the comic, he is an Egyptian prince named Teth-Adam who was bestowed powers by the wizard Shazam.) On October 21, 2022 Black Adam the movie will be released in the United States. Staring Dwayne Johnson (Black Adam), Pierce Brosnan (Doctor Fate), Aldis Hodge (Hawkman), Quintessa Swindell (Cyclone), Noah Centineo (Atom Smasher) and Djimon Hounsou (Shazam).
