I know it’s winter, but I had to put together one of my favorite meals for Asenath and Ailah today. I originally made 'jerk barbecue wings' but they’re pescatarians now. It’s quick and easy to make, here is how it's made...
1 pound of shrimp (add lemon or lime), minced onions, green pepper, red pepper, and cilantro. Jamaican jerk seasoning and your favorite barbecue sauce.
Jerk seasoning and ingredients are added, along with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, parsley flakes and oregano leaves. (...you can also add pimento and/or thyme). Place in fridge for 1 hour or more.
