Did you have a great weekend? I made one of my favorite dishes for my wife today. Here is how it's made... 1 pound of shrimp, 1 6-ounce salmon fillet and 2 4-ounce lobster tails. Cut the shrimp, salmon fillet and lobster tails into small pieces. Prepare 1/2 cup of curry and 1 can of chickpeas.
